Butterflies R Us Terms and Conditions

Orders
Butterfly orders are subject to availability. We ask (where possible) orders to be placed 49 days in advance although to ensure availability of butterflies as much notice as possible be given.

We will confirm acceptance of order and receipt of deposit in writing.


Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the order must be paid at the time of ordering. Full payment will be accepted with your order if preferred. The balance outstanding must be paid 21 days prior to the delivery date requested. If the balance is not received 21 days prior to delivery your order will be deemed cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.


Refunds and Cancellations
If for some unlikely reason the butterflies do not arrive in time for your event, or something were to happen to them during delivery and they died, we will refund in full. In both cases, the butterflies have to be returned to us at our expense. This would be a very rare occurrence and is very unlikely to happen.

Butterflies R Us reserves the right to cancel orders at any time in its absolute discretion. If an order is cancelled by us you will be entitled to a full refund.

There will be no refund entitlement in the event of bad weather. Alternative times for a release can easily be arranged.

We will send you comprehensive instructions for the care and handling and also the release of your butterflies. You must follow these instructions. No guarantee will be given for an effective butterfly release if release instructions are not followed.


Delivery
It is your responsibility to ensure that there will be someone to accept the delivery of your butterflies. They will not be delivered to an unattended address. The delivery will require a signature, for the welfare of the butterflies. They will be returned to us if a signature cannot be obtained. There will be no refund if the butterflies are returned for this reason.

Butterflies are subject to natural events that may impact on their availability. If Butterflies R Us cannot supply you with your order due to such an event we will notify you as soon as possible and will return your monies in full. Butterflies R Us will not be liable for any amount greater than that you have paid.
